Sunday afternoon, March 12, 2017, was a very kind and special time for me. Delta Kappa Gamma, International Society For Key Women Educators invited me to share my books and to speak about my passion for Intergenerational Programs... uniting children of all ages with those individuals who have lived a lifetime.
This group of educators welcomed me with open arms. As I spoke about my writings and my journeys, especially over the past eleven years, the respect and understanding that these dedicated professionals exhibited was present in their comments, questions, and their warm smiles. I'm most grateful to Emma Williams for coordinating this wonderful afternoon.
